  • Kids Sewing 101/Purse

    Has your child always wanted to learn to sew? Have no fear. I’ve got you covered.

    This sewing class instruction on the basics and also a sewing project that they will take home along printed instructions they can take home to make more. WHO IS IT FOR? It’s ideal for kids between 8yrs to 14yrs who would like to learn to sew and stitch and/or who already has an established desire for sewing, design and crafts.

    WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN:

    1. How to Safely operate a sewing machine 2. How to cut fabric. 3. How to sew seams 4. How to use a iron safely 5. And much more

    The kids will bring home their very own designed and sewn purse!

  • Pillow Making/Adult Sewing

    This is a 16 x 16 pillow with a zipper. This is a great class to learn zipper sewing. Once you have put in your 1st zipper you won’t want to stop making things with zippers. I have a selection of fabrics and trims in the studio which coms with the price of this class. If you would like to bring your own fabric you will need at least 2 pieces of fabric at least 20x20 and any of your favorite trims. We have a well equipped studio with everything you need for sewing but if you would like to practice sewing on your own machine please feel free to bring it along. Cushion inserts provided.

  • Wire Wrapping/Tree of Life Cabochon

    Welcome to this Wire Wrapped Jewelry Making class This class focuses on creating a strong foundation for beginners who are interested in learning wire wrapping. You will learn to weave, sculpt and transform the wire to create beautiful jewelry!!

    What will we learn: 1. We will learn to handle the wires and different tools 2. We will learn the techniques of weaving over multiple base wires. 3. We will learn to create the frame and the bail for the pendant. 4. With these few basic skills and techniques we will create the beautiful—Tree of Life Pendant.

    This Class is Perfect for you If: 1. You are n absolute beginner with no experience in jewelry making 2. Beginner wire wrapping artists who are looking to experiment with various new styles 3. All of you who want to take thei jewelry making skills to the next level.

  • Intermediate Sewing Class Cowboy Hats

    It all begins with an idea. For you sewers out there that know basics of sewing, come and learn more skills. This class teaches you more skills and yet you are having fun. You will learn more of using online patterns while you make yourself or a young one a cowboy hats! This is a 2 part class. Part 1 you will get refreshed on the sewing machine, either ours or yours and you will cut out and get ready to sew the pattern or even start. 2nd week you will finish and bling if you want.

  • Sun Catcher

    Make art that belongs in fairy tales. This class is a fun class to make and catch the sun. Spring has sprung. So lets have fun. This class is an 1 1/2 hour and all the materials are included.

  • After School Sewing Club

    This project-based course is for any youth curious about how to machine sew. We begin with sewing machine operation. Then we work on fun, small projects covering many of the fundamental aspects of sewing fabric.

    Limited to 8 students (8-17yrs of age); 4 students required for class to meet.If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

    Level: Learning-to-sew Beginners You have never used a sewing machine or you have but only a little bit.

    We provide: Tool machines, thread, expertise, and encouragement!

    Class time: Wednesdays 4:30-6:30

    Starts Nov 20th and runs for a total of four (4) consecutive weeks. More dates in January

    All materials are included.

    Students may want to purchase their own fabric depending on the project.
